Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to deny enrollment based on ability of SumOneCares to meet individual needs. Full refund granted for any enrollment denied based on accommodations needed. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must occur at least 14 days before the date of requested last session, tuition auto drafts will continue until enrollment is canceled. To cancel, please email info@sumonecares.com. If cancellation request is not provided as outlined above, a refund for services may not be granted.  Make-up Policy: Learners missing a session due to a SumOneCares' observed holiday or emergency closing, will be offered a make-up session. Guardians are responsible for scheduling make-up sessions by submitting a request online at https://tinyurl.com/SOCTutoringRequest. Tuition is not prorated for missed sessions.
